Overview​

This tutorial shows you how to create a combo set (e.g. a carton or box of items) in MyLekha POS. You will learn how to define how many retail items will be added into a new combo set to be sold as a single item.

Prerequisites​

  • You need to have a MyLekha account.
  • You need to have individual items (stock keeping units, or SKUs) already added to the MyLekha POS.

Step-by-Step Guide​

  1. Open the MyLekha POS application.
  2. Enter your pin code to log in.
  3. Click on Item on the left-hand menu.
  4. Click on Combo.
  5. Click the + Add New button.
  6. On the Create combo item screen, upload a picture of the combo set.
  7. Enter the Name of the combo set in Khmer (Cambodian) language.
  8. Enter a Barcode.
  9. Set a Price for the combo set.
  10. Optionally, set a Wholesale price and a Special price.
  11. Expand the Organize section: 11.1. Select a Category. 11.2. Select a Brand. 11.3. Select the Unit.
  12. Expand the Inventory section. 12.1. Click to toggle Has composite option to on (green). 12.2. Click in the Select item (Standard, Ingredient) field. 12.3. Find and click the retail item (SKU) that will be added into the combo set. 12.4. Click on the number field and enter how many individual pieces are inside the combo set.
  13. Expand the Availability in store section and select the stores where you want this item to be available.
  14. Toggle the Show In POS and Show In Cloud options to on (green).
  15. Click the Create button.

Tips​

  • The retail item you wish to include as part of the combo set must exist in MyLekha POS first before starting this process.
  • Pay close attention to set the correct amount of retail units inside of the combo set so the stock is cut correctly.
  • It's recommended to set the price correctly. The cost value will be loaded automatically when setting the amount of units.
