Overview
This tutorial will show you how to set up tickets and tables for restaurants or other types of businesses in the MyLekha POS system. By the end of this tutorial, you will be able to set up table groups and individual tables within those groups.

Step-by-Step Guide
- Open the MyLekha POS application.
- Enter your pin code to log in.
- Select Setting at the bottom left of the screen.
- Select POS Screen Setting.
- Turn on the Enable Restaurant Mode toggle. This will activate the Table feature in the main menu.
- Select Table in the main menu on the left.
- To create a group, select Configure in the main menu on the left.
- Select Group or Floor.
- Select + Add new.
- In the Create group ticket screen:
10.1. In the Name field, enter the name of your group. For this example, enter
Group A. 10.2. In the Code field, enter a code for this group. For this example, enter001. 10.3. Select Create. - Repeat steps 9 and 10 to create another group. In this example, create

- To add a customer to a table: 16.1. Select one of the free tables. This will open the POS screen. 16.2. Add items to the order. 16.3. Select Save. The table will now show a red color to indicate that the table is busy.
- To charge a customer: 17.1. Select the busy table. 17.2. Select Charge. 17.3. Take payment for the order. After the charge goes through, the table will change back to a green color.
Tips
- Make sure you create table groups before creating tables.
- The color of the table indicates the status: green is free, red is busy. You can switch between these and other states using the Free, Busy, Printed, Splits, and Waiting buttons at the top of the screen.
